3.2 By seeking to register with Blue Square Gaming (Alderney) Ltd and by playing any of the Games, you represent and warrant to Blue Square Games that at all such times you are not subject to any of the exclusions listed in 3.1 above.

3.3 Persons in breach of 3.1 or 3.2 or in breach of any other of these Terms and Conditions will not be entitled to collect any winnings. ANY PERSON WHO IS KNOWINGLY IN BREACH OF 3.1 OR 3.2 IS COMMITING FRAUD AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

3.4 You must not play or seek to play any of the Games unless you have registered with Blue Square Games or have been specifically granted permission to do so by Blue Square Games as a guest.

3.5 You agree to abide by the rules of each of the Games as published on this site from time to time. Such rules form part of and are incorporated in these Terms.

4: UPDATES

You acknowledge that these terms are subject to change by Blue Square Games at any time. Any such changes will, for a period of 4 weeks after their introduction, be highlighted in red in these Terms. Such changes shall have effect immediately upon publication on this site and you agree to be bound by them and to regularly review these terms for the purposes of monitoring such changes. 5: COPYING

5.1 Save as expressly provided in 7 below, any downloading, use or copying of Website Materials is strictly prohibited and, in particular, you agree to use the Website Materials solely for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for any business, commercial or public purpose.

5.2 The following activities are prohibited without our express prior written permission -

(A) the deployment within this website of any spider, robot, web crawler or other automated query program; and

(B) the re-use and/or aggregation of any of the Website Materials in the provision of a commercial service

5.3 The copying and use of third party Website Materials accessed via this website is governed by the terms of use applicable to such third party site.

6: REGISTRATION

6.1 Following registration we will allocate an account number/username to you and request a password/PIN for security purposes. The password/PIN that you choose must be kept private and secure by you at all times. Failure to do so could lead to unauthorised activities on your account. Transactions made using your account number and password are accepted by us on the understanding that you are playing the Games. If an alternative source has accessed your account and we are not informed, we accept no liability for monies or information lost.

6.2 You agree to be solely responsible for all use of this site or any playing of the Games through use of your account number/username and password/PIN.

6.3 We reserve the right to ask for proof of age and evidence to verify your identity at any time and will be carrying out regular checks of our members. Use of any account otherwise than in accordance with these terms or any other abuse of any account is strictly prohibited.

6.5You represent and warrant to Blue Square Games that all information provided to Blue Square Games in your registration or in connection with your account and all personal information provided subsequently to Blue Square Games is complete, accurate and not misleading and you agree to inform Blue Square Games immediately if there is any change to such information. 6.6 It is your responsibility to ensure that at all times you comply with all laws and regulations in any jurisdiction where you are located or resident and that you have complete and unrestricted legal right to use this service and to register and participate in the Games.

6.7 Use of the site will be closely monitored to ensure that no customer is using the site with a frequency or in a manner which might suggest that he or she is using it for bookmaking and we reserve the right to withhold any monies and/or suspend and/or terminate the registration and/or account if Blue Square Games considers that the site is so being used.

7: LICENCE TO USE SOFTWARE

Except to the extent that such activities cannot be prevented pursuant to the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate or make any attempt to discover the source code of the Software or any material on our site or used for any of the Games.

7.3 Commercial use of our site or any of the Games is strictly prohibited. You are only allowed to place wagers on the Games for your own personal entertainment.

7.4 You agree to follow and comply with all computer instructions and directions sent over the Internet from us to you. Such instructions and directions form part of these Terms and are legally binding on you.

8: YOUR ACCOUNT

8.1 In order to place any wagers on any of the Games, you must open and maintain an account with us.

8.2 Only wagers placed from accounts set up through Blue Square Games will be accepted for the Games and any winnings you make on the Games will be credited to your account. You can set up your account and make deposits and withdrawals by accessing the 'My Account' facility on this site. You can only register one credit or debit card number with your account and no card can be registered to more than one account, although you can have more than one account. You can only use your credit or debit card to make deposits in the account with which they have been registered.

8.3 Legal proceedings may be brought against you or any other person who has manipulated, or tried to manipulate, our service, any of the Games or your or any other member's account(s) and we reserve the right to pass on such information as we deem relevant to the relevant authorities if we become aware or suspect that you are involved in any such activities. We are not obliged to inform you of such action, nor to give any reasons for doing so. You agree to waive any and all rights you may have, at law or otherwise, of whatever nature and in whatever jurisdiction, in connection with such disclosure.

8.4 Each separate deposit in your account must be at least £10 (or currency equivalent) by credit or debit card or NETeller.

8.5 If we become aware, or suspect that a transaction is suspicious and involves or may involve financial crime or similar activity then we reserve the right to retain the amount of that transaction and any other transaction made by you. We shall be under no obligation to provide you with any reasons for so doing.

8.6 The balance held in your account will not earn interest in your favour.

8.7 You must maintain your account in order to place wagers in any of the Games. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any wager(s) for any reason and in any event you are not allowed to place a wager greater than the amount in credit in your account.

8.8 You may instruct us to exclude you from participation in the Games by sending us an e-mail to support@BlueSquareGames.com with your instructions or by calling our Customer Service Team in the UK on 0845 6015529. Use of this opt-out facility will result in your account being blocked and Blue Square Games will not accept wagers from this account. Any account that is blocked through use of the opt-out facility cannot be reactivated for at least seven days.

8.9 Subject to the provisions of these Terms, you can make withdrawals from your account up to your current available balance by debit card, credit card, cheque or wire transfer (after taking into account all previous wagers) subject to the following conditions:-

Withdrawal by debit card: each withdrawal must be at least £10 (save in the case of a final withdrawal to close an account) and must be no greater than £10,000. Withdrawals may only be made to the debit card you have registered to your account and deposited funds with.

Withdrawal by certain credit cards: each withdrawal must be at least £10 (save in the case of a final withdrawal to close an account) and must be no greater than £10,000. Withdrawals may only be made to the credit card you have registered to your account and deposited funds with.

Withdrawal by a non-UK issued Mastercard (including some UK Mastercards) registered to your account must be processed by Bank Wire Transfer and ID confirmation may be required.

Withdrawal by wire transfer to UK bank account: each withdrawal must be at least £10, or currency equivalent, (save in the case of a final withdrawal to close an account) There is a service charge for withdrawals by wire transfer of £15 (or currency equivalent) per wire transfer. A transfer will only be made to an account in your name and such account must not be at a branch located in any of the jurisdictions referred to at 3.1(A) above. Wire transfers in excess of £3000 (or currency equivalent), or £1000 (or currency equivalent) for non UK customers, will require proof of identity to be provided. This withdrawal option will only be offered in certain circumstances and you accept that you may not withdraw funds by this method if we are able to return your withdrawal to your registered debit or credit card.

8.10 If, as part of a promotional campaign or competition, we credit an amount to an account registered in your name, you can only use such amounts as wagers for playing the Games. You are not entitled to withdraw such amounts and we reserve the right to reclaim those amounts if you do not use them to play the Games during the period specified in the promotion. We reserve the right to withhold free bets and withdraw promotional offers at any time.

8.11 Subject to the provisions of these Terms, when you close your account you will be entitled to the return of all funds in it.

8.12 To maintain a high level of security to protect your funds, we will perform random security checks and keep records of transactions and wagers. You accept that we may demand additional documentation in the event of a security check and that we may terminate and/or suspend your registration and/or account and/or withhold payment to you if we do not receive such documentation. 8.13 If any of your personal account details or other financial information relevant to your account change, you must inform us immediately, as failure to do so may result in transactions being declined by your financial institution. 9: SECURITY POLICY

Blue Square Games is committed to the security of all personal details entered onto this site. 11: RULES GOVERNING ALL GAMES

11.1 You fully accept and agree that random number generator software will determine the outcome of the Games.

11.2 You agree not to interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of the site or of the normal playing of any of the Games.

11.3 We reserve the right to refuse the whole or part of any wager at our discretion. We reserve the right to set the maximum and minimum stake amounts and these will be updated in the rules accessible on the website. The maximum win on any game on the website will be capped at £250,000. Except Millionaire Bingo, where the maximum win will be capped at £1,000,000. The maximum win that will be permitted to any individual member in any 24 hour period will be £250,000, or £1,000,000 (Millionaire Bingo only). 11.9 On all games, where a payout produces a win amount in fractions of one penny, such fractions will always be rounded down and you acknowledge that such fractions will not be returned to you.

Your statutory rights as a consumer (if any) are not affected by these terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alderney. You irrevocably agree that the courts of Alderney shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute or claim of whatever nature arising out of or relating to this website. However, we retain the right to bring legal proceedings in any jurisdiction where we believe that infringement of our intellectual property rights or breach of these terms is taking place or originating.

17: BETTING AND PAYMENT

Where we suspect a member has made significant deposit(s) and withdrawal(s) to and from the member's account to obtain goods or services with a third party, such as air miles, whilst only placing minimal wagers in relation to the size of the deposit, Blue Square Games reserves the right to charge a 5% handling fee, to be deducted from the withdrawal, to cover all bank charges etc associated with said deposit(s). Blue Square Games also reserves the right to withhold payment for up to 28 days as stated in section 10 of our Terms and Conditions (Right of Refusal).

We do not accept any liability for errors in the Website systems or software or any other element of the Betting Services including generation of random numbers, payout tables and bet settlement and we reserve the right to void all bets on any transactions affected by any such error. You undertake to promptly notify us of any error of which you become aware and not to take advantage of it. 18: REACTIVATION Terms & Conditions

All qualifying bets placed towards earning Free Bet bonuses must be win singles, placed on different selections, at odds of evens or better.

Free Bets tokens earned by customers must then be placed as win singles at odds of evens or better. Free stake will not be included within any returns. All Free Bet tokens will expire if not used within 30 days.
